Marri timber is a quality hardwood native to Western Australia. Strong and durable, it is uniquely ingrained with distinctive black gum veins. Over time, the veins of the wood may crack and split due to the natural expansion and contracting of hardwood. This is not considered a defect in any way, but instead enhances the features of this stunning table, expressing its origins and vestiges of past life. These characteristics are expected to develop or evolve over time.
