Australian Artistry, Now Within Reach

In the heart of Perth’s Western Suburbs, where design, culture and community intersect, our new Claremont showroom marks an exciting new chapter for The Furniture Gallery. Architecturally designed and meticulously curated, this boutique flagship store is more than a retail space — it's a design destination. And at its core is something truly special: a new way to experience and collect art.

Our new collection of Australian art canvas prints reimagines what it means to own and enjoy original artwork. Created in collaboration with Designer Boys and both emerging and established local artists, each piece is more than a reproduction — it’s an intentional expression of the artist’s vision, made to be lived with and loved.

Proudly made in Australia, these premium-quality canvas artworks offer an inviting and affordable way to bring contemporary Australian art into your home, making the act of collecting more inclusive, personal, and inspiring.

At The Furniture Gallery, we believe in supporting creativity at every level — and this collection brings that vision to life, one canvas at a time. Exclusive to us in Western Australia, this art series reflects our ongoing commitment to curating spaces that are immersive, emotional, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.

Introducing Our Artists in Residence

Our 2025 ‘Artists in Residence’ collection celebrates the rich visual language of Australian creatives, spotlighting three standout talents: Danielle Mate, Sally Barling, and Stephen Skinner. Each has crafted a body of work that brings together organic tones, natural textures, and timeless storytelling — aligning beautifully with the layered interiors we’re known for.

Thoughtfully framed in warm timber or sleek black, these canvas artworks are proudly made in Australia and designed to elevate your space with presence and narrative.

Why Claremont Launched the Collection

While this collection is exclusive to The Furniture Gallery in Western Australia, the Claremont showroom was the natural place to unveil it. This architecturally designed boutique flagship is not just a retail space — it’s a curated design destination in the heart of Perth’s premier interiors precinct.

Here, art and interiors merge seamlessly. The new collection enhances each styled vignette, offering a gallery-like experience where furniture, texture, light, and narrative all come together to inspire.

From Joondalup to Treendale, every Furniture Gallery showroom offers a uniquely styled space, but the DNA remains the same: elevated design, lived-in warmth, and accessible premium quality. The addition of this exclusive WA-only art collection deepens that experience — offering customers not just décor, but meaningful pieces to live with and love.

Art That Tells A Story

Whether you’re styling a new home or searching for a meaningful addition, we invite you to experience this special collection in person.

From soulful tributes inspired by the Australian landscape to abstract impressions of our coastline, these artworks blend organic tones, natural textures, and timeless storytelling. Each piece brings depth, calm, and meaning to any space — creating connection to place, to people, and to home.
